Attributes[]

Attributes run between 1 (abysmal) to 10 (super human).

Species[]

I expect races to balance, so there should be no cost involved. The races available will be:

Backgrounds[]

I wasn't originally going to include this, but I like Backgrounds too much to ignore them. They really do seem like a great way to start a character and include a sensible concept. People always have a background.

Skills[]

Need to come up with a skill list. I'm hoping for about 20 skills.
Skill run between 0 (untrained) to 10 (master). To have a 10 in a skill, you'll have to "defeat" (and train with?) a person with a 10 in the same skill as well as paying the point cost to raise the skill. The intent here is that there will only be a VERY few people with skill as high as 10.

Tricks and Talents[]

These are like "feats" and "class features". They'll allow something not simply allowed by skills. In most cases, having a skill will be enough, but these will be gate keepers and added bonuses to certain things.

Impulses, Values, & Goals[]

I don't want these to end up costing something, but I want them important to characters. I'm thinking to tie them to something like stress (Blades in the Dark) or grit (SubVersion) that can be used to give characters a bump (like my Karma system) or help others (like Blades in the Dark), or defend themself (also like Blades). I like this better than "Vices" (Blades) as I don't want something quite so negative built into characters; I'm not looking for something quite so dark.

Advanced Qualities[]

These include "Saving Throws" revisited. These might be skills. They might be a bit more than that.
I also see "Perception" falling in here, as well as magical attributes.
